Can you transform waste into something meaningful, beautiful, or unexpected?

For this first challenge, we invite you to design anything using a material that’s normally discarded. Think packaging scraps, food waste or failed prints.

This is not about being perfect, it’s about being curious. What happens when you see “waste” as creative material?

You could…

• Turn a discarded item into a tactile storytelling piece

• Use paper offcuts to experiment with form or pattern

• Highlight the original use of the material in a poetic way

We would love to see you process, sketches, final results or failures.

One submission will be featured in on our Inspiration page as the community pick; not for being “the best”, but for being meaningful, surprising, or simply worth sharing. We’ll highlight it on the forum and social media (with your credit).
